Can you help me to id the fragment of 10 sec.

It is from April 1984 Peel show.The May 22,1984 show is available now(incomplete)

and features two tracks that follow the unknown on my tape,so the date is late

april-may 1984.

There is additional percussion,maybe timbales or conga,if the tone is up 1 or down 1

one can here a keyboard.The voice before the cut might sing "join dan...".
