In fact the 17 July 1967 show was digitised. It was circulating among pirate radio enthusiasts and was included on a DVD collection of Peel Radio London extracts entitled "From the Offshore Radio Heaven - The Late John Peel", which was for sale on one of the pirate websites ages ago - I have no idea if it's still available.  Maybe someone in the group has a copy?
