Not sure why you might be having problems. If you go to the Yahoo mailing list files ink provided in the original message and click on the file name, it should download OK (at least, does with me).
 

 It is linked on the wiki, on the 09 Aug 1979 page, but only to the Yahoo mailing list files link in the message.
 

 Just a bit more background on the file itself. Adam, of this parish and original founder of the wiki, initially shared it via Divshare many moons ago, so the up to the files section of the Yahoo mailing list site was an update of the old dead link.
