Looks like an error in either the original RT or the genome reproduction.

There's a not-very-good copy on YouTube: https://youtu.be/K0Ub9yk0W4U - it lasts 56:33 so it looks like it's complete or nearly so.

No sign of Peel in the first 15 minutes.
