 There's gold in them thar tapes. A personal holy grail turned up on Lee416, which contained the only Solex session track I didn't aleready have. Things like that make an old man unfeasibly happy...

Fair enough - that's blown my theory out the water. Maybe people tapes them as they were more likely to be out and miss them at the weekend. I know I had a couple of C120 tapes and a timer switch, used to try and get back in time to swap the tape over!

I recall he started 3 hour shows at the end of September 1990 until October 1993 when it was reduced to 2.5 hours.
