That is possible. I don't know for sure if Radio Humberside would be one of those neighbouring stations. An alternative is that these tracks were dubbed from an earlier show, that certainly happened on LE058 where Lee went back to December. The first 4 shows of 1990 were two hours long instead of 90 mins, don't all have tracklistings and the Lee Tapes from these shows seem to be from the first 90 minutes.
