Some new 1980 Audio

This can't compete with the 1961 find, but nonetheless, I was sent a CD of recordings from the John Peel Tapes facebook group from 1980. This includes a slightly improved sound quality, edited 37 minutes from the 400 Box show of 9th July 1980, plus 17 minutes of 3rd July 1980, previously only tracklisted.

The files are available here http://mooo.peelwiki.com/dl/Stuart/Marek/ along with a bit of a Paul Gambaccini show, in which he appears to be playing session tracks from Sham 69 an X-O-Dus reggae track and a Damned track. Not sure what programme this might be, as his Saturday afternoon show at the time was based on the American scene. Ken's book doesn't mention any stand in shows where Paul played Sham 69
