The BBC have put some radio shows on their archive site, but any music on it, they've edited out, because they would have to pay copyright fees to record companies. I guess the British Library would have that same issue with Peel shows. I would have to try and get hold of Ken G and ask him about his experience at the BBC Archives in Caversham in terms of how strict they were in terms of demanding proof.
