I guess they wouldn't do that, perhaps because it consumes time, money and perhaps legal issues. If you notice, most of the Peel shows in their catalogue don't have electronic access, unless you request the show beforehand, then they will give you electronic access for you to listen there. Why they can't give all the shows electronic access, without having to request them, I have no idea !! Perhaps they work by demand and supply, in other words, ask for it and you'll get it !!
