[peel] Re-up request: 12 July 1979

I had put an extra space in the URL as the wiki spamtrap wouldn't allow the page to be saved. It seems to have got over its reluctance now so I've taken out the space. Strangely both that file and that of the 11th show a mediafire error when accessing from my phone but the links work fine on the PC.
Can you access the file now?
