Been away for a couple of weeks and I am truly amazed by this news - we will do this for posteriority. I presume someone gave a postal address to person who had some tapes to send. If they didn't I am happy to be the recipient.

The Wiki List Of Shows page indicates that there is now audio available from 50% of John's Radio 1 shows, which is quite an astonishing statistic. Almost a quarter of shows are complete, and overall, more than 40% of output has been captured.
