Subject: [peel] New shows on Mixcloud

A bunch of new shows have been uploaded on Mixcloud by user Sammy. I've been wikifying these....

First up 16th August 1982. Just over an hour was previously available from the 400 Box, but the new files mean that only 7 minutes are now missing.
Next, a new show, 17th August 1982. 42 minutes.
57 minutes of 18th August 1982, another new show.
Almost an hour of 23rd August 1982, which when added to the 400 Box show again means just 7 minutes missing.
An hour of 24th August 1982, though only 5 minutes is new, with a good deal of
overlap with the 400 box. Slightly clearer though.
95 minutes of new show 25th August 1982.
Just 13 minutes of new show 26th August 1982.
103 minutes of new show 31st August 1982.
90 minutes of 6th September 1982 was previously shared on the torrent but the show is now complete.

Another show new to the catalogue is 26th December 1983. Around 2 hours of this 4.5 hour show co-hosted with the Laird, called The Rhythm Pal's Boxing Day Bash.

A few session-based edited shows: 26th January 1984 contains 3 tracks from Dead Can Dance session, and an intro to a Jenny Burton track which is available on one of my own mixtapes. (Note misdate)
Another misdate contains sessions and intros from a couple of shows: 6th February 1984 only the Twinsets session, and 9th February 1984 containing only the Shoot! Dispute session.

A bunch of 1983 and 1984 session rundown show portions are available but these are all available in higher sound quality.

Last and by no means least, and a complete recording of the final Top Gear of 25th September 1975. Sound quality not the best, but includes several tracks missing from either of the previously available recording
s.

Many thanks to Sammy and let us hope there are more tapes to come!

Stuart
