Sounds like Stuart Grundy morphs into Alan Freeman for the Crawlers track! On DB003 erased tracklisting that was sandwiched between the Only Ones and X-Ray Specs and annotated as a different show to Rock On. I did wonder if the final three tracks on erased DB003 was the start of 24 August 1978 Peel Show but the presence of Fluff put paid to that thought, then again would he have played X-Ray SPecs and Only Ones??

I'm glad that the Derby Box is generating so many positive comments, it's been a joy to rip so far (and many many thanks to Steve for keeping on top the wiki!) but today's tape confused me completely for a moment
It turns out that the original taper erased his first attempts at Tape DB003 and Tape DB009 and dubbed his favourite bits to Tape DB010.
You can see from his original tracklists here

that everything he ticked - was dubbed to DB010 and the rest was sadly erased.
So DB010 is a compilation of sorts, but nonetheless contains
3 tracks from the end of 18 August 1978 which slightly extends the version of the show shared last week from DB002
Blast Furnace and Hits (AKA Snivelling Shits) in session

Just over an hour of 30 August 1978 of which 40 minutes was previously avaible in lower quality on the 400 Box
Pirates and Punishment Of Luxury in session

A couple of tracks that must have been dubbed from elsewhere (not clear where at this point) and it's impossible to date them from the brief snippets of talking but I assume from 1978
1978-XX-XX/
And then some none-Peel content - a few songs from Rock On 19th Aug 1978 (I couldn't identify the presenter but Steve tells me it's Stuart Grundy) - includes an interview with City Boy
Rock On

Many thanks Rob! Just played 780828 and it's one of the best Peel shows I've ever heard ! The audio quality is amazing, like it's from last week!Magazine were my fave band from 78 to 81. Maybe if I'd have heard the previous rip on headphones I'd have noticed it ; I hate digital artefacts - heard them a lot in the early days of mp3/sharing - like a faint bubbling noise, horrible...
