[peel] Begging letter...

I managed to get the seller to include the FRS tapes, as we miscounted the
Peel tapes (he'd sold seven of his Peel tapes individually on ebay). There
are 13 C90s of pure FRS - plus quite a few of the Peel tapes have 45 minute
FRS segments on the other side.

This wasn't done via ebay, the negotiations were done offline. I went over
to the seller's house and checked out the goods, took a couple of samples
and was blown away by the quality. We then came to a mutually agreeable
price. Let's leave it at that!
