I presume he/she thinks this is piratical behaviour ...

I found them by searching ebay for Peel Pirate

Assuming they're the same ones in question, the user has loads of vintage pirate radio broadcasts available. I'm pretty sure he must have just been harvesting them from the web and monetising the results. Pretty depressing really
