It's very easy to do that, Stuart.
First find and install Cool Edit Pro
Syntrillium Software Corporation®

Open any MP3 file and then Close the program
Go to
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Syntrillium\Cool Edit Pro\2.00\COOL.INI
Open COOL.INI in Notepad

Under [Profile96] you will see the string which will look like this (digits may differ)
Pitch Bender2=2,0,1000,2000,1000,0,5,2,40,0

So what we are going to do next?
Just replace the portion "1000,2000,1000"

If You asked for the correction factor for my example,
see what it should look like
Pitch Bender2=2,0,1567,2000,1567,0,5,2,40,0

Later we don't need to repack or resend the files already sent.
All we need is to publish the correct strings in here.
