It's mainly poor quality and has no links, so I decided to 'reconstruct' it using my own CDs/Spotify/Youtube etc. I know you're all dying to know, so here's side A: 01 Boyoyo Boys - Back In Town 02 Alex Chilton - Make A Little Love 03 Gene Simmons - Going Back To Memphis 04 Ali Farka Toure - Lalayche 05 FSK - Sprechen Sie Deutsch 06 Neil Young - Powderfinger 07 Dupards - Love Cooking 08 Gore (Session) 17:55 Axe Of Revenge Loaded Mean Man's Dream Chainsaw 09 Sonny Thompson - Screamin' The Boogie The only track I drew a blank on was track 7; I can find no mention of any band, ever, called The Dupards. Has anyone else ever heard of them? Could there be another way of spelling it? The lyrics go something like Cook it up, cook it up, Roll it out, add a lot of lovin', Let it rise, stick it in the oven, Leave it in, just a little longer, Cook it up, cookin' up a hunger, Pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake, baker man, Love me, love me, all you can, Ah, love cookin' I'm pretty sure it's not about baking. Her name was Simone Kelsall. She appeared in a local ITV documentary broadcast in 1985 called Movin' For The Kill about herself (she was a teenager) wanting to be a pop star. Later in life, she got involved in making Euro-disco records under the name of just Simone. 2.  Many of her songs were written by Ben Findon and Miki Antony, who wrote her "Living Dangerously" performance in Japan at the World Popular Song Festival in 1986. Interestingly her entry at that Festival didn't seem to get any music release. Perhaps after that experience, she didn't want it release or her record company decided not to release it.  3. It looks like she gave up her music career after the mid 80's and started a family some years later. Seeing some of her audio songs on YouTube, it looks like she ended up having children, as one of her daughters wrote a comment on YouTube claiming that she is proud of her mum's singing career. And not only does it have the 3 Peel sessions and the Simon Mayo session, but there's also a BBC Radio Humberside session which includes, Stephen Phythian, a version of Convenience. And there's more: The first CD also includes 4 bonus tracks - 3 demos and a rare 'B' side. That's 36 excellent tracks, all for about a tenner! SQ variable but overall an upgrade on the previous file. 27th January 1991 http://peel.wikia.com/wiki/27_January_1991. Roughly the first half of the show, representing an SQ improvement on previous share. 2nd February 1991 http://peel.wikia.com/wiki/02_February_1991. The first half of the show, as was the previous share, but the new one is of better quality and captures the start of the show, while cutting out 3 minutes earlier. 9th February 1991 http://peel.wikia.com/wiki/09_February_1991. Only 1 tape dedicated to this show again but unusually a C120 so there are just over two hours, so upgrading the previous 90 minute share and extending it by half an hour. So after all that, only 35 minutes or so of new stuff! Cheers to Rich for donating his tapes and not trying to sell them one by one on eBay...
