Apologies if I've not read the to-ings and fro-ings correctly, but are you referring to the Bodysnatchers' session (Peel) that has Happy Time Tune / Ghost Of The Vox Continental / What's This / The Boiler?
If so, I've got it.
Kev

Stuart (and others if you are interested)

Sent a speculative email to a Belle Stars fansite and got this reply. So looks like Karl has supplied some missing KJ session tracks and made someone very happy - I have told him it wasn't me who uploaded it!

He has also asked for the Bodysnatchers session - seems odd this hasn't turned up yet. Does anyone have it?

  Hello Mark

Firstly, BIG thanks for uploading the tape to wiki! I cannot express
how cool it is to hear these Belle Stars session tracks after so many
years! I had (almost) given up hope of ever hearing them - thank you.

I used to listen to Kid Jensen when I was at school and do have a copy
of Turn Back The Clock but I never knew what other songs were recorded
for the KJ show. Now I do, The Reason, Sweet Memory and Burning (at
  least!).

On my webpage I do indeed show Iko Iko, The Clapping Song, Sweet
Memory and Burning as a Kid Jensen session but I now think the tracks
you have are the actual KJ session tracks.

The tracks I refer to on my website were from a KJ show called B15 (I
think) and The Belle Stars actually performed these songs live as the
tape I have is interspersed with an audience and interviews with the
Belle Stars. They then get up to perform the songs. I always just
assumed this was the KJ session but now I think not. Sweet Memory and
Burning are definetely different on the tape I have compared to the
  tape you have uploaded.

As for the Richard Skinner session I'm afraid I have never heard any
of the session tracks and I'm not sure what tracks they ever recorded.
The only thing I'm pretty sure of is that they recorded the session
in 1981 which was before Clare Hirst (sax) joined the band and she was
credited with writing Sweet Memory so your tracks must be from the KJ
  show.

Sorry I can't shed much more light on this but please keep up with the
good work on the JP site! I do occasionally check out the JP site as
I'm still looking out for good quality recordings of all The
Bodysnatchers radio session they did (they were the 2-tone group that
the Belle Stars were formed from).

And if you ever come across a Richard Skinner tape...!!!

  Thanks once again.

  Malc
PS - I have some old BS clippings from magazines and the like so if I
do ever come across some more info I will try and let you know. I'll
also update my fansite as i have sadly neglected it for a while!
