You just use your login details to open the ftp site either in an ftp program or using Windows FTP explorer, drag and drop from Windows Explorer.
If you actually haven't done this before you will need to search on the list for Branko and contact him directly to get a login.

Alternatively I can up the files into my Mooo folder.
