[peel] Short Top Gear clip from 1969

Thanks for that!  Clearly a different recording to the previous share for
that date, with a bit more weight.

 

Just wondered, what is the sig at the start of the Top Gears - I had a
cursory search of the Wikia but didn't manage to elicit that info.
