This from Roger by some strange Yahoo routing diversion...

Friday, 16 November 2012, 13:29
I've added another previously unshared (at least not by me) show to my mooo/other folder - 19 Jan '99, session from Godspeed You Black Emperor.
There's 1 hr 27 of the show, with the changeover coming just after John announces the session track - knowing GYBE don't do short tracks, I must have turned the tape over in a panic, but at least it didn't clip the track itself.

There seems to be some confusion on the Wiki page for this show; there are currently two files shown, the second of which is one of mine, which is shown as being misdated, which it is - but it is not this show!
It actually is the Caroline Martin session from the following day, i.e. the 20th Jan '99.
I've updated the file name on my mooo page.

Also, although Ken's book lists the session tracks as "Hungover as the Queen in Maida Vale", parts 1 and 2, Peel announces it as "Hungover as the Oven in Maida Vale" and speaks of it as a single track.
The Wiki goes one further and calls it "As the Hung Oven in Maida Vale"!
I'll leave it to you Wiki guys to sort out,
Cheers
Roger
