I'll concur with Pad on both of these being Badfinger, and I'll stick my neck out even further.

Mystery Band 1 is the 1973-08-10 BBC concert:

1) Love Is Easy
2) Blind Owl
3) Constitution
4) Icicles
5) Matted Spam
6) Suitcase
7) I Can't Take It

 and Mystery Band 2:

1) Better Days
2) Only You Know And I Know
3) Suitcase
