If you have a "Freeview HD" or "Freesat HD" TV or set-top box AND if you have connected it to the Internet then you should be able to tune to channel 117 and browse around the pages and play the videos from http://thespace.org 
The Peel stuff is, like on their web site, under "music".
It is easier to use from a computer - but if you are sitting in front of the TV and waiting for something good to come along then you could spend a few minutes digging around there.
