Re: the final Top Gear, it looks like all that's missing is the two 
Randy Newman and Bob Marley and the Wailers tracks. Two of those four 
tracks are included in the versions of the show previously uploaded, 
which adds up to about 1h 33m. Guessing at 2 minutes for the mid-show 
news, that'll get us shy of the whole show by only about 10 minutes.

I might have a go at splicing in the other bits unless someone else 
beats me to it.
