I realise the link is tenuous but I recently rediscovered a tape from 1987 containing a radio one program entitled "Bolan at the Beeb", its presented by Andy Peebles but John crops up a couple of times.. have processed it and it sounds remarkably good: if anyone is interested I will put it up
