[peel] alert: 400 tapes for a quid

Have contacted the Gumtree seller - he has already passed the tapes on to a 
dealer at a record fair last week.

Spoke to dealer - Brian - who is a Peel fan. He has offered to pass the 
tapes onto the group once he has listened to them. (he also expressed an 
interest in joining the group).

However, it sounds like most of them are from years which are already well 
covered - 2003 - 2004, with just a handfull from 1993 - 1995.
