Have been in touch with the uploader, who kindly gave permission to use the info from Facebook to update pages and add new ones at the wiki. First results now up and hopefully lots more to come: http://peel.wikia.com/wiki/John_Peel_Papers Recommend the Facebook pages for a very enjoyable browse if you remember Peel shows of the era. Will be great to have the extra info up on the wiki. If anyone wants to help out with this, please get in touch off list. Thanks to Pad for getting things rolling. Cheers, SW From ford.alan@... If you log into Mediafire, if all of your uploads are in a folder, you need to press the Share button (people icon). That gives you a Copy Link, you can then paste that into a message to here. The same can be done for individual files. You just move the mouse over the file name and the Share button appears on the right hand side. To share many files, it would be easier to move them into one folder in Mediafire then "Share" the folder. Lots more shows and fragments of shows still to come! Did we find out what happened to that recent batch of 400 tapes from Gloucester? Maybe we should get all the people with Peel blogs (and there are a few on here I think!) to spread the word (taking care over the legalities of our situation) that a) We share shows for free, and have thousands of them (to undercut the market of anyone trying to sell on our hard work); and b) We can do the ripping for anyone who has tapes they are willing to share (so that those emptying their lofts might consider us as the natural and ethical home for their Peel show tapes, rather than trying to flog them on eBay or similar). Find out when you can hear it at http://www.dandelionradio.com/schedule - times are in GMT, so it's actually on now as I type this, and will be on tomorrow at 10am - 3pm. The show will continue to loop in amongst our normal January shows as well, until Jan 31st. There's some ace tracks in there this year, and a pleasing variety of stuff. We're not posting the chart itself online yet, so as not to spoil it for those who've not listened yet, but all the details will go up on the website at the end of January. Cheers!
