[peel] [OT] Web Streaming services

We at Dandelion Radio use http://www.streamsolutions.co.uk
They have a couple of (unique?) features that particularly suit us (because we per-record all of our shows and run them in a big loop each month). They also have regular streaming for live content and numerous pricing alternatives.
