Hi folks,

Something special, I think. Newly shared: Top Gear, 4 Feb 1968:

Sessions: Tyrannosorus Rex (Bolan also in studio chatting with Peel), Beefheart (1st session, 1st broadcast), Moody Blues (Nights in White Satin is a current chart hit), Hendrix and Tomorrow.

Historic stuff: this is Peel's first "solo flight" in TG and he has also just been on TOTP for the first time earlier that week (and thanks Jimmy Savile for looking after him). 

Many thanks indeed to wiki user "Johns Corner" and others responsible for bringing us this. Hopefully more to come from the same kind of era.
