It is, but it does have some controls to keep it safe and managed, so for single files like this, just go to

http://www.megaupload.com/

and click "browse" to find the file on your PC.

Select the file and then type in a description.

After the file is uploaded "upload complete" then the location will come up in orange as something like

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=XXXXXXXX

Copy that address and let us know, and we we be all over it like Wills on Kate last night
