TOTP 1968

Yeah, I used to record some stuff with a little mono tape recorder mike carefully laid on top something, a few inches from the tv speaker : "So It Goes" (second series), a new-wave showcase presented by the late, great Tony Wilson, and some "In Concert" shows. When I used to record BBC radio concerts, the biggest hazard was someone in the house turning on a light or other electrical device, which at best could produce a click, at worst a 2 or 3-second burst of interference, obviously during the best song and quietest passage !

So I'd ask my parents, please don't do it, otherwise I'll f*cking kill yas ...
