I have been jolted awake by Humphrey ;-)

All FRS will be 192mbps which makes them about 175MB so not for the casual downloader, I have also uploaded tracklist rtf files for each show so you know what you're getting. The tracks for the Friday Night Connection have been deliberately left to the very end just in case you want to play along.
