Not normally, but you can pay for an enhanced account on most of these sites to get extra features or less restrictions. Some free sites will delete your files after x days or after a set period without a download. I've used a free account with mediafire quite a bit and not noticed any problems with it.

      I have a cache of these excellent shows on MP3 and am toying with the idea of putting them up for download... does it cost anything to put them on the file-sharing sites?
