[peel] The Decktician tapes

The tapes are still here at my house ready for sending to a sub-group of 
the team of rippers - those who have reel-to-reel capability.

I will shortly work out what postage etc will be needed to distribute 
these, as well as the continuing Steve Lowson cassettes. I will then message the 
group to solicit funds - you have been warned!
