I've just been directed today by a fb friend to this totally groovy personal compilation tape streaming website by an ex-pat brummie art director / journalist in NY. One of his categories of tapes is 'peel sessions' and a quick random exploration indicates at least some of these are continuous substantial extracts from shows, evidently from his own original off air tapes becuase they do not match with shows in the wiki calendar, eg. 23/11/82 The Passage / Personal Column. Can't be bothereed to check them all, but i think we could simply do some links from the wiki, because overall it is a simply fantastically groovy site and service (the R'n'B / soul cassette "sides" are stupendous, for example). What a great idea - Why aren't more people doing this? I suppose assuming it's legal it does cost money to do properly...

cheers
