That looks to me like a correct if abbreviated Radio 2 schedule. They would just say sounds of the 70s because that was the title of the strip at that time of night, which contained top gear or in concert, or bob harris, or whatever, depending on the night of the week.

This is another reason why the only place really worth looking is radio times, sorry,
