To Stuart: sorry mate, but I can't tell you when or where I got the other files for that 1994 show I put up yesterday. Because, as John noted, brain cells start dying in appreciable numbers from the age of 17. (Something else starts happening too, but I'll let that pass.) Therefore, I shall be able to remember my own name for about fifty seconds.
