The simple answer is that you can't. Rar is a file compression utility, and you need, as Mike said, something to unzip the mp3 files therein so that you can play them. I agree that 7Zip is excellent, and free, too. One thing it does that I haven't seen anywhere else is that if you unzip passworded multiple files at the same time, you only need enter the code once. Anyway....
