Thus far we already have about 90 minutes of this show, so with a bit of luck we might just be able to reconstruct the whole show between us. Have a look here:

The best version we have is billfromnorthwales' mix of the previously available portions of the show, clocking in at just under 89 minutes.

As for uploading, there are several options available. Most people here use mediafire, divshare or megaupload. Or there are several reliable tape rippers (with good equipment) who can probably do it for you. Let us know if you need any more help.
