New mixtape - Peel Summer 1989

A dub-heavy compilation this one, and a reminder that at the outset, Stereo MCs were better than the Rebel MC (soon to change). Despite the fact that this was a mixtape I seem to have deliberately preserved a couple of classic JP links.... the first of which has to be heard for full effect, not just read off the wiki!
