Hi Karl

There aren't many shows available from the mid 1980s and the ones I've
been posting are the first available for most of these dates.

If you go to the show date in question at the wiki for example
http://peel.wikia.com/wiki/05_June_1984
<http://peel.wikia.com/wiki/05_June_1984> then if there is only one
file link then that is the first time that anything has been available
for that date. You can also go into the History of the page and find out
when it was first created, and by who, normally pages are only created
once there is something to download for that show.

I only pressed the record button when I liked the sound of the start of
something, or I knew from the intro that I would want to keep it. Most
of my tapes are therefore highlights, or mixtapes, made at the time, not
from later online shows!

I will in general upload only material not already available, unless the
quality of my recording is better.

You'll see from the Box 400 page
http://peel.wikia.com/wiki/400_Box_(tapes
<http://peel.wikia.com/wiki/400_Box_(tapes> ) that there are many shows
which have been sent and presumably ripped but have not yet been shared
online. The ones I have down against my name that were not ripped are
ones that proved to be gummed up with mould and would not play.

SO yes we've reached the end of the 400 box in terms of packaging and
sending out to rippers but far from the stage of getting all the
resulting rips put online.

Hint Hint....
