400 Box and other observations

Further to the 400 Box and related wiki things, just a note to let everyone here know I'm in the middle of rejigging the menu that you can find on the left of every page on the wiki.

Specifically, I've opened up a "Mailing List" section on the menu, which includes the 400 Box pages and various other projects related to this list.

So don't panic if you wonder what's going on. The rejigging is not complete, but hopefully in the end it will make things a bit clearer as well as easier to find individual pages.
