You need to be careful with this.
The point of putting these downloads up individually
rather than to a central site was to avoid creating a big
enough target for the record companies
Putting them all into one easily found file makes it easy for
them to send take down notices to the download sites
You could lose all the downloads overnight
And that's aside from the legal responsibilites there
would then be on the list owner (and all the list members)

Let us remember that the copyright to the contents of these
files is not held by the BBC but by the record companies who
own the rights to the music and 'charity' is their lawyers
middle name as we all know

The present diffuse situation is not the easiest or most efficient to
use but it is probably the safest
