Thanks to Paul (via Steve W), I received a CD of this yesterday. So here it is (47 min, 192K MP3, 64.3Mb):

The CD was split into tracks, so I've left it that way.

P.S. Audiophiles might like to know that at least part of the show appears to have gone through one or more lossy encoding processes before mine, so the CD was probably created from an MP3 source. Trader's Little Helper reported:

15 - Track15.wav - source of track cannot be qualified.
16 - Track16.wav - track looks like MPEG with probability 91%.
