The Popguns/Fifteen To One

I appeared on the quiz show "Fifteen To One" in October 1991 wearing a Popguns "Snog" t-shirt. After the show went out on 8 November 91 someone told me that Peel had played (possibly started the show with) a Popguns track (not a session) and dedicated it to me. I'm trying to find (a) the show that dedication occurred on and (b) if it exists, whether legally or illegally. 

He didn't have a show on Friday 8 Nov 91 but there were shows on Sat 9 Nov 91 and Sun 10 Nov 91. Can anyone provide any insight into my quest?
