I am following up on this old story I posted in January 2009.
Having got in touch with Monkey (I'm not making this up), and he has
just emailed me to say Pirate Cat Radio will be playing some of the box
of reel-to-reel tapes of old BBC broadcasts by John Peel this Thursday.
No more details, just a one-line enigmatic reply.
The radio station is on www.piratecatradio.com and there is a DJ
Schedule and a playlist (via the blogspot.playlist.feeds) but I'm none
the wiser.
Will try to follow up with more info, and will be well annoyed if I've
been missing regular broadcasts of new (old) material.
