I'll keep trying to clean up the 30242 site.

Incidentally the file that is placed there is called .htaccess and has the following lines

#  HostRule
Redirect 301 / http://www.addfound.ru/
#  /HostRule

So it looks like a redirect to that russian site, and consequently is blocked by most malware filters.

It won't get unblocked until it is cleaned and re-submitted for review.
