Hi Alan

You should go to the main page of the Wiki, and down the right hand side you will find a section called 'Helping Out'. Under this, the sub-section 'Make A New Page'  includes a middle link called 'mixtape'. Thanks to (the other) Steve, who simplified the process considerably, this one click will lead you to a template with instructions.
