New wiki stuff

Hi folks,

Just wanted to draw people's attention to a few new features that have been added to the wiki of late that might make the site easier to use for those a bit put off by the mysteries of wikicode, etc.

In brief, they are:

*Rich Text Editor - Editing made easy. Just like word-processing. 
*Message board style forum - One month trial in July. Tell us what you think.
*Wiki blogs - Part of improved User Pages. 

Anyway, hope people feel most welcome to join in over there -- the more the merrier. Many thanks to all those who contributed so far. Please feel free to let us know how the site could be improved.
