Help needed dating a Peel Show

Many thanks, Andy! Shows of this vintage don't come around too often,
so it's great to hear some more clips.

Interesting to hear the Bowie track on this clip being dedicated to
Trader "up in Liverpool 8"; Peel's old nanny, perchance? The song
title certainly seems appropriate.
